Q : How to 'use it'?

A : Use a ruler...

Q : After that?

A : Drag your fingger by following the the number you want to multiply (appoint by that ruler) and the next number you want to multiply...

Q : And then...?

A : Now you can see the answer by crossing the box of Multiplication Table...

Q : How...?

A : Firstly... put the ruler on the table (on the number you want to multiply) either by column or row... let say number 9... then drag your fingger following that ruler (number 9) unti it cross to the number you want to multiply (let say 7)... so the cross line will show you the answer... (it is 63)...
